Turn a simple line drawing into an embellished masterpiece using buttons, thread and needle, plus a little imagination.
List of materials for participants to bring: any special buttons they want to use, scissors, 7 or 8 inch (18-22 com) embroidery hoop or Q-snap frame.
Instructor Bio: Faith Cormier, from Fredericton, NB, has been doing handwork of various sorts, mainly embroidery and knitting, for over 50 years. She has taught a number of techniques to groups and individuals, both adults and children, and has been an active adult member of Girl Guides of Canada for more than four decades. She has taken courses through the Embroiderers’ Association of Canada and other organizations, and she is an active member of two EAC chapters.
