Instructor Bio: Sheila Stewart, from Nova Scotia, has treasured handwork since her early years. Mentored first by her mother and grandmother, she has embroidered and knit for most of her life. She has been part of the Embroiderers’ Association of Canada for several years, serving in many capacities within her local Guild and as a past Board member of the organization. She enjoys many types of counted embroidery and is eager to share this interest, especially through small projects which give participants the same sense of achievement and joy as she finds in her embroidery
